Raspberry Lemonade

Raspberry lemonade is perfectly refreshing and flavorful. It's the perfect thirst quenching drink for spring and summer!

You'll Need:

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 5 cups water (divided)

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice

  1. Puree raspberries using a food processor or blender until smooth. Tip: add water, depending on the power of your blender.

  2. Squeeze raspberry puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp and seeds and pour into a large pitcher.

  3. Combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan.

  4. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  5. Pour simple syrup into the pitcher.

  6. Pour remaining water and lemon juice into the pitcher. Stir together.

  7. Serve over ice.
