Banana Chocolate Pudding
This is sort of like a cheesecake which tastes wonderful! Many people (including me) are not particularly fond of bananas, but you can make this with or without them. Add whatever you like!
You'll need:
For Crust
- 2 cups Digestive Biscuits, crushed
- A little melted butter
For Crust
2 cups Digestive Biscuits crushed
A little melted butter
For Pudding
- Sliced Bananas - 3 or 4
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- Sugar to taste
- Cocoa Powder 2-3 tbsp
- A dash of coffee powder
For Crust
1. Mix together using wooden spoon or hands
2.Pat into base of serving bowl
3. Refrigerate for 30 min
For Pudding
1. Mix all the ingredients together (except bananas)
2. Layer the cream mixture and bananas alternatively
3. Top with walnuts or pecans and refrigerate overnight
Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving
Serves 6-8
